1972 Brabham BT-40 Formula Atlantic
1972 Brabham BT40
The Brabham BT40 was an open wheel Formula Atlantic/Formula B race car. It is powered by a 1975cc Ford Cosworth 4-Valve Dual Overhead cam engine and produces 280hp. In a car weighing only around 1,100lbs that is a significant power to weight ratio. A BT40 driven by Ken Duclos won the Formula B SCCA National Championship Runoffs in 1973 and 1974. We have owned this car for nearly 30 years.
