The Grand Sport was a special model built in 1996 as a tribute to the legendary Grand Sport racecars of the mid-sixties.Total Corvette production for 1996 was 21,536. Only 1000 Grand Sports were built with a mix of coupes and convertibles. The car came with the LT-4 engine option and special Admiral blue/white paint scheme. The Mathews’ car has a red and black inbterior. It also has Greenwood body modifications. This was the last year for the C-4 style Corvette.
